As times passed by, my Intel Core 2 Duo 2.60 Ghz is getting slow. Hence, following the guide of overclocking Intel Core 2 Duo, I overclocked my CPU to 3.00 Ghz without adjusting any voltage.
Since my power supply is reaching near its limit, I could not adjust the voltage to overclock higher and hence I am stuck at 3.00 Ghz which is stable enough after running all the stress tests.

Of course, the CoolerMaster Hyper n520 which I bought last year was not in vain. With this, I was able to “stock” overclock up to 3.00 Ghz with only 2 degree Celsius of temperature increase.
